Distance Sales Agreement
DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
1. PARTIES
This agreement has been concluded between the following parties:
SELLER:

BUYER:
The person making a purchase through the website.
2. SUBJECT MATTER
The subject matter of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's website.
3. PRODUCT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
The type, quantity, sale price, and payment method of the products are as specified during the order.
4. DELIVERY
The product is sent to the address specified by the BUYER.
Delivery time is generally between 1-5 business days.
Shipping fees are borne by the BUYER unless otherwise stated.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
For the right of withdrawal:
The product must not have been used.
It must be in a resalable condition.

6. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
Custom-made products
Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons
(Usually not an issue for book covers, but specify if there's customization)
7. REFUND AND REPAYMENT
After the returned product reaches the SELLER, the fee will be refunded within 14 days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
8. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The BUYER is deemed to have accepted this agreement by confirming the order.
9. AUTHORIZED COURT
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized for disputes.
